LMAO. I used to live in Brazil – for almost ten years actually and in all that time I never managed to actually get my hands on a permanent visa, even though it was issued in my name on no less than two occasions. It’s a great place – with heaps of potential – but sadly the authorities there seem quite determined to put up as many barriers as they can to people doing business – unless of course, your applications are ‘lubricated’ sufficiently.
