Iteration over Innovation

When the sailing is a bit smoother, many of us are driving towards disruption, working to inspire innovation and collaboration at work.

But we’ve all been disrupted already. Our focus should not be on more disruption.

For the next little bit our focus should be on how do we make things a wee bit better. Iteration over innovation

Put another way, how do we iterate?

How do we make small changes to enable productivity and positivity as our organization's transition to remote workplaces?

TemboSocial's own research has demonstrated that feeling you can get an idea heard by the right person in the organization is a key driver of engagement. I'd argue this is more true now when it’s harder to be seen and heard.

As ever, the answers to these questions come from your people. For all the talk about a secret sauce for employee engagement, involvement is a key ingredient.

To change things a wee bit, make it easy for employees to declare opinions, share ideas & collaborate from anywhere.
