Introducing the UBS Future of Finance Challenge

We are very pleased and proud to be able to share the details of The UBS Future of Finance Challenge which launched globally yesterday. It’s been the culmination of an intense burst of effort and it’s exciting to finally be able to share the details and see a very positive reception on the first day.

UBS is one of the world’s leading banks, specializing in wealth management, asset management and investment banking. In Switzerland it is also the leading retail and commercial bank. In a nutshell, the competition is designed to find the best ideas, the best technologies and the best partners, anywhere in the world who can transform and disrupt positively the world of banking and financial services. The competition deadline is 23rd September before which we will be running a series of events around the world as well as a couple of online briefing sessions as well. After the deadline the top submissions will be selected into Regional Finals in New York, London, Zurich and Singapore, culminating in Global Finals in Zurich in London. The rewards include $300,000 work of prizes, over 300+ hours of dedicated coaching and mentoring with UBS experts and partners (including 100%Open), and most importantly the opportunity to accelerate new ideas and new technologies that transform banking with a global bank.
