Book Review - Built to Innovate by Ben Bensaou

The book was published in September 2021. One point that he writes about but is not specific about is that all of these successful vignettes have deep engagement from the CEO or a board member. I think Bensauo does a good job considering the customer experience and emphasizing customer needs.
