Space week is back! It’s like Shark Week but not as deadly and way cooler since it’s all about space, flight, and the night sky! This week we kick things off with a coronavirus related story.
That’s because while we were busy lighting up the night sky with fireworks, South Korea was busy lighting up the night sky with public service announcements related to COVID-19. And they did so to thank healthcare workers. This is “Clap Because You Care” taken to a whole new level.
There are a lot of uses for drones ranging from taking pictures and delivering packages to putting out fires and aiding in construction. But using them to remind the public to wear a mask and wash their hands is by far my new favorite use case. From now on this is how we should celebrate the Fourth of July – utilizing drones, not fireworks. They’re safer, not as noisy, better for the environment and far more effective at delivering messages and telling a story.
