The Be-novative Partner Ecosystem is a Hub of people and resources whose main goal is envisioning, accelerating and scaling the success rate of both organizational and product-development, creating impactful projects and meaningful solutions locally or globally. We share knowledge, inspire people and actively co-create new methods. We contribute to a better, more creative Earth.

🌐 Creating the Be-novative Partner Ecosystem

With no doubt 2020 was a transformative year for all of us and for our businesses. During our work as an innovation platform facilitating virtual workshops we have been working together with Partners — Consultants, Companies, Innovation Hubs- with whom we noticed we share similar goals and vision: to build internal capabilities for organizations to create a positive impact in the world through digitalisation, adaptation, evolution and innovation. We all aim to drive developments with higher success rate due to the scalable impact of technology.

Hence the idea naturally came — taking partnerships to the next level by creating a learning community of these purposeful experts and consultants, to offer instant access to exclusive knowledge sharing, trainings for each other, discover and create new business opportunities together, hear first about future trends, share experience with available methods and tools in our professions and scale our positive impact with these tool and methods.

The Be-novative Partner Hub is a community of the world’s most forward thinking organizations and professionals who drive the evolution of Innovation Management, Organization Development and Organisation Design worldwide in this new norm.

🔆 The Energy at the Kick-off Meeting was very high

The Partner Hub had its first kick-off event on the 24th November, 2020 with 20 participants from all across the Globe. Many of them had already worked with the Be-novative Platform and we all shared the curiosity about each other’s experiences. After the introductions and the short welcome by Priszcilla Varnagy, Founder of Be-novative, and Elvira Kalmár, Founder of Go Beyond Project, facilitator of the Learning Community, we ventured into getting to know each other a bit better and had the opportunity to see a chain of 3 case studies. They were a chain, as they have been initiated by people taking part in the ideation and co-creation on each other’s events, thus creating a ripple effect with scaling the positive impact beyond their own reach. We could see how from a client of Kincentric’s Employee Engagement development program someone became a user of the Be-novative Platform, involving a new organisational development and innovation consultant partner, Invitro in the field of organizational transformation around the company’s purpose, to eventually involving participants working with his own clients starting to use not just the Be-novative platform but also the methods developed together as a means of co-creation, involving clients into their product development process.

We heard from the owners of these three cases first hand experiences, their learnings and their suggestions on how to use Be-novative. They all gave us their perspective on a wide range of possibilities for collaboration and co-creation Be-novative stands for in the remote and virtual world.

🌀 Eszter Pék, Bruno Chaves, Otto Barnert, Pablo Mendivelzua, Thank you very much for sharing your experiences and learnings!

👩🏻‍💻 Our next meeting is a digital training on: ‘ENGAGE WITH IDEATION & CHALLENGE-BASED LEARNING’ on the 10th of December. We’re bringing 90 mins of interactive training on how to make sure participants are engaged throughout a virtual workshop and about the psychology and Design Thinking methods behind engagement and results. We will go through a challenge in Be-novative — ideation, evaluation, adding suggestions and reviewing results on a collaborative action planning topic: “What would make you feel content and proud to learn or achieve by the end of 2021 as part of the Be-novative Partner Hub?” We will conclude the best possible impacts for our Learning Community besides gaining first hand experiences as participants. Our 2nd training will be on the 14th January on ‘RESULTS & OUTCOME DRIVEN PROJECTS’ where we will work together on how to ensure best results for different types of virtual ideation sessions and collaborative workshops and select the highest impact outcomes to move forward with and implement. We will as well have a peek into another case study from South Africa.

Following the trainings, we will go forward with ‘Spark Creativity’ biweekly calls, discussing the most interesting learnings from case studies according to all participants in a fireside chat format and highlight the best of all case studies in our ‘Future Trends’ quarterly events so that all of you can keep an eye on how organisations move the needle and create impact in a virtual world.

If you are interested in joining our Partner Hub, feel free to contact us. We are here to go on a short call with you to find out if our Partner Hub seems to be a fit for both of us. We are also here to send you any information on a question you may have. Reach out! 👋
