Earlier today Donald Trump suspended H-1B work visas through the end of the year, an extension of his travel back from back in April. This isn’t the Greatest Idea Ever. It’s the Worst Idea Ever. Immigrants are the life-blood of this country, increasing our talent pool and bringing with them ideas from all over the world. Without this infusion of talent, specifically engineering talent, we’ll either be stuck in neutral or regress, not continue to innovate.
