As late as the other day I got it confirmed again. A lot of Swedish HR people does have a dominating PA perspective (PA=personal administration; employee admin) on their function, meaning less business-orientation. Which I also believe is the reason why Swedish HR people complain that they do not get the right attention on C-level. Bur no exceptional growth rate, and all with a fear of being challenged by new entrants. Why? Probably because they are professionals understanding their market logic, they will be challenged and they will not grow much more.
