In response to increasing competition, two charming videos highlight LVHN’s longstanding commitment to kids’ healthcare

Overview: In early 2023, Lehigh Valley Health Network wanted to solidify its brand awareness due to growing competition for children’s health care in its service area, a 10-county region in eastern Pennsylvania. 

The Brunner team developed two video spots, one capturing tender moments between a new mom with her baby girl and the other sharing humorous scenes of a teen boy’s daily life. Both videos convey the key brand messages — Lehigh Valley Reilly Children’s Hospital is the first and most trusted children’s hospital in the region and LVHN provides the most comprehensive kids care in the area.

Campaign objective: Build brand awareness and solidify brand affinity with parents and prospective parents for Lehigh Valley Health Network, focusing on Lehigh Valley Reilly Children’s Hospital.  

Brand continuity: The new videos adapt the “Your health deserves a partner” brand positioning that Brunner developed for LVHN previously by ending with “Your child’s health deserves a partner, too.” LVHN has been a Brunner client since 2018. 

Campaign channels and geography: TV, OOH, radio, and digital running in LVHN’s service area. Brunner also supported print assets and digital assets.
