December 2 – 10, 2018, I locked myself in a hotel room and started working on the book. April 2011: Almost immediately after submitting the manuscript, I conceived the concept of a “Challenge Toolkit.” January 2014: I decided to take the work done to date and create a “product” to use with my clients. Off to the printers!

On April 2018 we have issued a new version, with updated descriptions, illustrations, and the addition of five new business model patterns. Finally, we have updated the illustrations for all the cards, creating a new design with a better feeling for the whole package. It also includes some instructions to use the cards.

In fact, as of April 2021, PodcastInsights recalls that there are over 48 million episodes available from over 2 million shows worldwide! Our colleague Charles understood this trend already in 2018.
