And take what it learns and regularly update the corporate engineering, strategy, VC groups and business unit heads, on technology and market shifts. Appointing Outpost leadership as a temporary assignment leads to weak relations between the innovation ecosystem and the Innovation Outpost and increases the risk of failure.
