Inward paths included search engines, blogs, bookmarks, syndication, aggregators, RSS , and email subscriptions. It clarified the naming of those items on the page.

Ultimately, our success isn’t measured with metrics but instead by the personal stories that illustrate how lives have been improved by our design solutions. There were several sessions that left me wanting more, feeling as though I would have gotten greater depth out of reading a blog post or article on the topic.
