This thinking in “markets” and “technologies” changed with the rise of customer centricity, human centered design, and design thinking in the mid-2000s. A study by the Danske Bank in 2018 showed that already 10% of all Nordic startups are so-called Impact-Startups, which address at least one of the SDGs.
