Past experience can be enough to assist complicated but complex becomes more problematical as it is ambiguous, uncertain and presents a uniqueness in its challenges. The risk of being highly scaled is fast becoming a point of disruption for others. The shedding of legacy can equally liberate innovation. We then adapt our scale.

There is still a real reluctance that the supplier of innovation software solutions has to change. Secondly, if open innovation has gone way beyond a one to many relationships into a many to many then does the reliance on single entity software provision makes sense? The IM software market is stirring.
