Creative Construction , by Gary Pisano at Harvard Business School, is such a book, in part due to the preeminence and influence of Harvard in the conversations about innovation that have been taking place since Christenson’s ‘The Innovator’s Dilemma’ was published in 1997. Collaborative but Individually Accountable. This is hard work.
