The economics are different in selling consumer products than when developing software for enterprises—UX matters more for consumer products. Larry makes money even if people can’t use his software.

He is an advocate for using open source software and hardware available for any entrepreneur, no matter what their background is.

Reviews, social media, mobile devices and so on mean that the quantity of information customers have on products, services, support issues, and ethical behavior makes them agile than the companies who serve them. Competition is now global. Agile methodology provides this structure.
