So reflecting on 2015, it has been an epic year for 100%Open. Now I strongly feel that leadership is a deeply misunderstood concept (see here for example) and I certainly don’t subscribe to the macho image of the heroic leader. What she said to me then really stuck in my mind, namely: “Don’t be afraid to lead.”.
